FASTINOV announced a collaboration with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences to bring together FASTINOV’s ultra-rapid two-hour AST technology and Beckman Coulter flow-cytometry analyzers for clinical microbiology laboratories.
Combining complementary capabilities
The collaboration connected FASTINOV’s rapid susceptibility-testing workflow with established flow-cytometry instrumentation. The objective was to explore how complementary technologies could help laboratories obtain useful susceptibility information earlier after a positive blood culture.
